Press Room
The designated Summit Press Room will be announced prior to the Summit. We invite you to place folders containing company literature (press kits) in this room. Press kits typically contain corporate, product and technology information that you’d like to share with media. Examples of information included in press kits include, but are not limited to: business cards; company fact sheets, profiles and backgrounders; press releases; product data sheets; technical briefs; applications briefs; case studies; and white papers.
The Press Room is also available for you to conduct meetings with media/analysts. (Note: Private meetings should be scheduled elsewhere, as the Press Room will be open to media and analyst walk-in traffic, and Conference ConCepts staff.)
