The exhibitor service kit contains information regarding show hours, setup and teardown times, booth setup and has order forms for a/v, furnishings, carpet (the exhibit hall is not carpeted) as well as information re ordering internet connections and phones if required.
Jessica Gatton is our contact at Tricord. Tricord has worked with us on previous shows and and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will be able to answer your questions regarding decorating and furnishing your booth, what you can carry in and what items need to be delivered. Even if you are not ordering furnishings or audio/visual equipment from Tricord, please check in with Jessica. Tricord offers a discount on furnishings if ordered by Friday, July 25th 2016.
Shipping instructions and shipping labels for your exhibit booth can be found beginning at page 4 of the exhibitor manual. Advance crated shipments will be accepted at the TriCord warehouse and allowed 30 days of free storage if delivered by the advance shipment deadline Thursday, August 3rd 2016. Please see the exhibitor kit for further instructions and shipping labels.

All personnel working in the booth must have an exhibitor staff badge. This is particularly important if they need access to your exhibit pre and post show hours. Your staff may register at expotracshows.com/flash-memory/2015/exhibitors/

For verification, you will be asked to enter your booth number and zip code. If you have a double booth number, please enter the LOWER booth number only. Your exhibit or sponsorship contract includes 1 or more full conference complimentary registrations. You will be sent, separately, a special registration code for these. Please contact email@example.com if you have not received your registration code.
We offer a complimentary “exhibits only” guest pass which includes: receptions, beer & pizza session, Open Sessions & Keynotes. Direct your guests to our home page at www.flashmemorysummit.com and select: Registration.
Ignore the request for the priority code and continue to main registration. Select: exhibits and open sessions. There is no charge for this if registered on line. There is a $50.00 charge for on-site registration.
Please refer to the travel page on our website for the latest hotel availability information. We have posted a link which will take you directly to the Hyatt Hotel Reservations and the block of rooms reserved for the Flash Memory Summit 2016. Don’t delay in making hotel reservations. The room block sells out quickly.
