The exhibitor kit contains all the information regarding the show, setup and teardown times, booth setup and order forms for booth furnishings, booth carpet, as well as information re ordering internet connections and phones if required.

The space is 10’ x 10’ (unless you have selected a larger space).

Exhibit Hall Hours

Exhibitor Move In:    
  Tuesday August 13th 8am - 5 pm
  Wednesday August 14th 8am - 10:30am
  Exhibit booths should be ready by 10:30am
Exhibits Open:    
  Wednesday August 14th Noon – 7:30pm
  Thursday August 15th Noon to 2:00pm
Exhibitor Move Out:    
  Thursday August 15th 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Note: All exhibitor ordered freight carriers must be checked in by 4:00pm for freight pick up.

Deadlines and Dates to Remember

Rental Discount Deadline: July 30, 2013
Advance Freight Receiving Deadline: August 9, 2013
All Advance Freight will be delivered to your booth space prior to exhibitor move in to expedite your set up.

Shipping Information and Labels

Shipping information and labels are available on pages 3-10 of the exhibitor kit. Information includes information on freight storage and delivery to your booth. To assist you in planning your participation in Flash Memory Summit, we are certain that you will appreciate knowing in advance that union labor will be required for certain aspects of your exhibit handling. This information is found on page 10 of the exhibitor kit.

Lead Retrievals

Lead Retrievals are available through our registration company, Expotrac. Order forms and information are available on pages 34-39 in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

Exhibit Staff Registration

All personnel working in the exhibit booth must have an exhibitor staff badge. This is for security purposes and is especially important if they require access to the booth pre and post show hours. The badge admits the wearer to all sessions and events marked “open” on the conference program

Full Conference Complimentary Registrations

Your exhibit or sponsorship contract includes 1 or more full conference passes. You will receive, separately a special registration form for these.

Exhibits and Open Sessions

We offer a complimentary “exhibits only” guest pass which includes: 1 lunch ticket (your choice of either Wednesday or Thursday), receptions, beer and pizza session, conference sessions marked “OPEN” and keynotes. Direct your guests to our home page at www.flashmemorysummit.com and select: Registration Select: Exhibits and Open Sessions. There is no charge for this if registered on line. There is a $50.00 charge for on-site registration.

Hotel Reservations

Cross Promotion

It will help promote the conference to our mutual benefit if you put a notice on your website about your participation in the show.
